Linux:

* NEW: Added AppImage support.

  To use Makagiga.AppImage (64-bit only):
  1. Make it executable: chmod +x Makagiga.AppImage
  2. Run: ./Makagiga.AppImage (no installation required)
  3. Optionally create "Makagiga" launcher item (shortcut):
     Click menu bar -> Tools -> Application Shortcut

* REMOVED: install-menu-shortcut.sh and makagiga.desktop files;
  use "Tools -> Application Shortcut" menu item instead

Misc.:

* NEW: Note widget: Simple color chooser in the bottom tool bar
* NEW: Added option to hide "auto tags" (Imported, Exported, etc.).
  See Tree -> Tree Settings button -> Settings
* Feeds: Support for HTML 5.2 entities
* Feeds: Workaround for malformed RSS feeds on medium.com
* Remember last color chooser tab
* Tasks side panel: Improved date/time and other properties display
